The team, from sales to installation and support provide a superior level of service. Excellent communication seamless installations and they stand behind their work and products. We had a great experience and it was a welcome change from the Big Box Store. The team from “All Weather” measured and quoted. We accepted. They confirmed the order and took a deposit. And in just 2-3 weeks our door was ready, and they installed the next day. We have a lot of nice existing trim work and they installed from outside, leaving our trim untouched. It looks great, we have no drafts, and our home is secure. Our installer Rick did a great job! I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
Our doors were pricey but worth it. For the first time in years all of our doors open and close easily and there are no more drafts. They also look great. The installers were on time, and kept the work area neat and clean.
All Weather Windows, Doors and Siding did a great job installing a door that went into the garage. Replaced the door frame and door making everything much more secure and less drafts getting into the garage. Prompt service, punctual and excellent work done. Would recommend and would definitely use them again.
The product is decent, the process of getting everything installed wasn't. My main issue with the transaction was that I couldn't get their sales guy Brett to quit calling me before I made the purchase, then when I had an issue with my install it took 5 days for him to call back. Overall, it was a big turnoff to be told "I was busy with other customers" as the reason.
