Took my 5 years old Ariens snowblower to them three weeks ago and they told me it was a total rebuild and it would cost me 817.00 to repair or they would get rid of it for me. Remind you it ran great for me just a few issues. Because I did not allow they to scrap the machine (I say this sarcastically. I am sure they would have fixed it and sold for a profit) they charged me 64.00 when I came to pick it up. I took it to another repair shop in town and they fixed it for less than 200 dollars. Steer clear from this business.

I have used Outdoor Power on a number of occasions. Especially since I purchased a new Ariens snowblower in 2006 (from a different seller). I wanted to take good care of my snowblower so that it would last for many winters. I went to OP every year to buy items to care for it. Every single time I went in I specifically asked what I should be doing to take proper care for the machine. They always told me the same two things, change the oil and add fuel stabilizer. DONT go there for service,took my snowblower there and it took them 30 days to put a seal in a shaft. I bought it there and they didnt care.
