Chad installed a unit in our addition to our home. It has never worked properly. He came out several times and I still don't have a working unit. Now he is not picking up the phone at all.
The central A/C in my historically designated condo failed in the middle of a heat wave. Besides not cooling the air, it caused ice to accumulate on the coil and melt, causing considerable water damage to the the ceiling of the unit below mine, compounding the urgency of the situation. Our Buderis furnace broke so we were without heat & hot water for 3 days. We called the owner, Chad, and he was able to come the following morning. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable & professional. I highly recommend this company.
