Very disappointed with there customer service stopped by to purchase hurricane hardware the yung man said we don't have what you are looking for but we can order it i said great two weeks go by haven't herd from them I called and the owner told me did you pay for it i said no that was never said the yung man said they would call when they came in so the hardware was never ordered!!!! Talk about bad communication!!!!!
My husband and I selected All Weather for our storm shutters. We mixed 3 different types that fit best aesthetically and for us, convenience - wise. The owner Don, was very responsive and thoroughly explained the options. We were given a timeframe and they arrived BEFORE that date.
