I was provided an estimate for accordion style hurricane shutters on the windows of three bedrooms, a garage, and sliding glass doors. Five areas in total. They came out and installed shutters in only four areas completely missing one bedroom. They now claim that bedroom was not part of the original estimate. On the day of the original estimate I personally walked around with the estimator and pointed out each window.
