To replace rotted 3 risers to an existing deck, (3X) 2X12X10 plus labor would cost $2,800 is their bid. Really? I did the math and looked at Home Depot lumber pricing and 2 guys labor (being generous) 2 men @ $30/hr for 8 hrs = $480 + 3 pieces of 2x12x10 wood @ $40 each = $120 (all other wood can be reused) Total = $600 Now add + extra material (just in case) = $100 GRAND TOTAL = $700 Even giving profit of additional $300 should sill be ~ $1,000 ( I realize you need to make some money). Very poor customer service. Had to call to let them know I hadn’t received bid then after I received bid and let them know that I had a couple questions they never responded. And I was ready to sign a contract. Had to use another company with real salespeople and true customer service.

I had a wonderful experience working with this company! All Weather Decks came through on all accounts. They arrived on time and did quality work. They got all necessary permits and took care of everything. All my questions and concerns were handled quickly. I love my deck! I have and will continue to refer these guys to friends and neighbors.

All Weather Decks Kansas City – All Weather decks was superb with their customer service. Their quality workmanship and quality materials have given me the deck of my dreams. It is a huge improvement over the deck we had before. Cass' crew was helpful, courteous with our property, and clean. The yard was cleaned up as well as possible every night.
