Was not a good experience at all!! Resolved in the eyes of the company I guess. Edit: Dec 17/21. First cold snap and there’s frosting and ice build up around the entire door. The breezeway side is just as bad and does not get opened this time of year. I’m expecting this very expensive door won’t last 5 years. Edit: Feb 1/24. 2nd photo is new. I accidentally snapped one of my all weather window locking handles. Attended to All Weather Windows and explained the situation. Warranty is impeccable as they replaced the latch. Thank you Stephanie for the amazing service!
