Window sweats and drips. Warranty advisor says normal, and wants >$200 for a tech to come out and look. Never again will I buy All Weather Windows.
We replaced our original entry door in 2019, with a new All Weather door with a window with internal blind. The first four years were good. About three years ago we noticed tiny separation of the outer and inner door surfaces from the door core. Over the last couple of winters it seems humidity is creeping inside the door and freezing in the very cold weather. The door handle and bolt actually freeze solid and need a hairdryer to release. Was not a good experience at all!! Resolved in the eyes of the company I guess. Edit: Dec 17/21. First cold snap and there’s frosting and ice build up around the entire door. The breezeway side is just as bad and does not get opened this time of year. I’m expecting this very expensive door won’t last 5 years. Edit: Feb 1/24. 2nd photo is new. I accidentally snapped one of my all weather window locking handles. Attended to All Weather Windows and explained the situation. Warranty is impeccable as they replaced the latch. Thank you Stephanie for the amazing service!
