Have contacted this company 5 times over the last 3 weeks to see if they could build a deck for me. Three times through their website contact page and twice by TXT message (a week apart) I have not received a single response. I understand they may be busy and don't want/need my job but just respond to my request and let me know. Common courteously

If you go to the trouble of starting a business, having a website encouraging people to contact you for a quote, I would expect once a message is left requesting a quote, someone would call back. Three days on, and obviously this company is just so busy, they don't need my $30K job. I hope these busy times continues for them, because I won't waste my time calling again.
