Kyle did an Amazing job, honestly deserves more than 5 stars. He was very polite and straightforward when going over pricing and options. He answered all of my questions. I just moved into a new build home and my brand new carpet was dirty from construction and trades workers coming in and out without protective booties. There were also paint stains on the carpet as well which Kyle managed to get out. I also had him clean my sectional couch and accent chair which had been in storage for a year. Friendly and professional service! He got right to work and was quick but thorough. I love that they use all-natural products, and he even left me with a bottle of spot cleaner. I’d absolutely recommend them to friends and will definitely use them again.
My carpet had stains that I just couldn’t get out! Kyle picked up my 8’ x 10’ carpet, only kept it for a few days and turned my carpet back to like new!! So happy to see the end results! I highly recommend this company to everyone that needs help, like I did!
GREAT EXPERIENCE...!!! We used to use ZeroreZ for a long time, they were good most of the time, but never great. THESE guys are GREAT..!! Kyle got us worked into his schedule on very short notice as we were in a pinch to get our carpets cleaned asap for a family visitor. Kyle was awesome! He came out right on time and even though I wasn’t home at the time of the cleaning, he kept me updated every step of the way and sent me pictures after the cleaning was finished. He even left cleaning solution for future use which I really appreciated. Will use All Ways again. Definitely recommend!
