Appointment cancelled after waiting almost two weeks, was told i was sent two text messages one at 8am appointment was to be 8.35. am I showed receptionest my phone showing no text messages, she said "that mean nothing to me". Was also told i would get a reminder text about appointment which didnt come, Did get text message (so they have the number) to fill out patient information, did that then got an email to do it through hotdoc's so I did it again, after being given second appointment got it a 3rd time..
