I scheduled an appointment for 1:30pm and arrived accordingly, only to be informed that it had been moved to 2:15pm without any prior notification. When I returned at 2:15pm, I presented my appointment card, which clearly stated 1:30pm. I was then advised that the time had been written incorrectly by the receptionist. This new AI booking system is the worst, can't speak to a Receptionist. Time for a new Clinic. Got a phone call from them to explain. Still not impressed with the AI, but good that I was taken seriously.
My partner recently had an appointment here and never in my life have I heard of a more absurd, unprofessional terrible appointment in my life. I wish i could go into detail about the things that were said but will stay anonymous. They could pay me to attend appointments here and i still wouldn’t go.
My GP Dr. Sunil has been incredible for me, my husband, and our toddler. He always listen, explain things clearly, and make us feel completely supported. The care is gentle, patient, and genuinely thoughtful — especially with our little one. We feel very lucky to have such a reliable and compassionate family GP.
