This buisness is a joke. They removed some small hatches from my boat for repair. Since then they do not answer the phone in 2 months of phone calls. At this point I’m calling it theft.
Do not take your boat here if you have major repair work. I dropped my boat off in July of 2022 to have the transom rebuild. Tom the owner kept putting my boat off from being worked on and would put small repairs ahead of mine. When asked about it he would say "oh your next I'm getting ready to start on it". Needless to say I stopped down on 11-4-23 and my boat had still not been worked on. He has had my boat for well over a year. Dropped our boat off in September or October 2020 to have transom repaired. We were told our boat would be next to go in the shop. We asked that it be completed by April 2021.Was promised it would be done by April 2021. My husband called a few times to see if it was started and each time it was not. Tom assured him it would be done by April. Went to see if it was started this weekend (March 13) and it was not touched. Brings boats, jetskis, RV's, anything fiberglass back to life. I've been a boater for over 25 years and have seen good fiberglass work and bad, and in this case, exceptional.
