I have been a real estate developer for over 35 years …building high-end homes. I’ve used many different Elevator,, companies. And I can say hands-down All-Ways Elevator,, always exceeds my expectations. From the mechanics in the field to the unprecedented service and attention I get from the office between scheduling pricing follow up calls etc…. I highly recommend All-Ways elevators.
We will never do business with All-Ways again. They are terrible communicators with their customers, they make promises they do not keep, their labor is over-priced, they are not transparent with their costs, and they do not care about any timeline. In fact, they demanded 75% of their service estimate up front, and 4 months later -- having not solved the problem -- refused to refund the bulk of it.
So nice, blocking the entire accessible space, and just parked in the middle of the driving lane, outside of wild by nature in Huntington. Shameful.
