Why hire Human Resource rep if the human resource rep can’t do anything? What is she there for? I’ve seen her be rude and condescending to staff there. If she’s the face of the company I can only imagine what the other staff might be like. So glad we are not pursuing care with this company. They definitely do not “All Ways” care.
New to the area, I recently visited the office yesterday in search of job opportunities, and while I appreciate the assistance, I was disappointed by the employee who helped me. She appeared to be dressed EXTREMELY casual and did not present professionalism. I was in complete shock. Seems as if the women rolled right out of bed. The care givers with AllWays Caring are lovely, respectful and hard working. They have been wonderful to my mother who has been in their care for nearly two years. The supervisors are incredibly professional and responsive to their clients' needs. They are very nice and easy to work with. Our family greatly appreciates all that they do for us!
Almost 3 years with this agency and I am grateful for the girls at the office, they are very understanding and helpful with any questions you have or schedule fixes. They are very nice girls, and if you have any issues with anything they’ll do what they can to resolve it 🫶🫶
