My mother recently had several caregivers not show up and failed to call. The direct supervisor over these ladies have failed in her job duty and have failed in providing the upmost professional caregiving services for the level of care for my mother. I have been in this same field for over 31 years and understand very well about about my mother rights! This last incident could have been reported to the state for job abandoment and a call to APS.
