I requested a male caregiver in case I lose my balance. I asked if a VET was available, wonderful! We would have things in common to talk about rather than silence. The young man that arrived was very courteous, asking often what else he could do for me. He was on his phone often trying to get someone at the company to answer and was on hold a very long time. I Do Not recommend this place to anyone, they terminated us for no reason, they have made a mistake and they hate to admitted. This is Not fair .Please go somewhere else but not these place.
Do not recommend this company. Poor communication on their end leads to problems and then they follow up by termination of service rather than admit that they made a mistake.
