I have a care center that I run and they refuse to give me a schedule to accommodate. Their communication is the worst In response, I am very familiar with HIPPA. You can not release information to people who are not in direct care of the patient, which I am. You have that I am her "roommate" which I am not. The most unprofessional, unreliable company I've ever dealt with. Weekend after weekend with no call, no shows, my plans abruptly changed a few minutes before someone's supposed to be here and they could care less! Would never reccomend to anyone!!
