Daniella is the laziest most unprofessional manager this company has ever hired. Why they continue to keep her there is mind boggling. She puts the clients needs last. She won't get a replacement nurse if the clients nurse calls off. She won't even call the client to tell them their caregiver is not coming today. Then she has the audacity to give an attitude when you get nervous that your elderly parents will be left alone with nobody to feed or cook for them, or get them their medicine, or help them to the restroom.
