If I could give a 0 I would. The communication sucks it’s a solid 0. They make promises they can’t keep. They promise hours yet nothing is delivered. You basically have to beg for hours and still get nothing. Clients complain about communication for them sucks also. They lie a whole lot to us and to clients. I highly suggest going elsewhere.

This office lacks communication and professionalism in so many ways. As a client, the office should have more sympathy and empathy for the vulnerable community.
Someone was supposed to come to my home today. (Last week they came without authorization) its about 15 mins and NO call NO text NO smoke signal, NOTHING. As a veteran I can do better. So sad....
