My daughter & I speak so highly of dealing with Neil & Jeff. Not only did they fix our horse float to a very high standard. They also arranged to pick it up and deliver it back to us. Wonderful service.
I was a first time customer with urgent work required for my horse float. Neil, the owner dropped everything and put 3 staff onto the job to fix it all. I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible old fashioned service and kindness he and his team showed me. Then i was only charged a minimal fee. Truly exceptional! I will be recommending Allways Caravan to my friends for any service or work needed on their horse floats. Huge thanks.

Phoned on the off chance that they had a spot for a service/maintenance on my caravan. I have had some dubious experiences in the past with other local and not so local service centres, so I prepared myself for the usual disappointment. To my surprise, I found the team very accommodating and managed to fit me in to their busy schedule.
