Steve handled a warranty repair for me and did an exceptional job. He not only fixed the issue but also corrected problems left by the original installer, which is what caused everything in the first place. Called Steve after Pentair couldn’t diagnose my pool problem. I was not prepared for the amazing customer service that Steve would provide. Instead of scheduling a appointment to come to the house, Steve troubleshooted with me over the phone and got my pool equipment working like new in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Steve for all your pool needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the equipment better than the actual manufacturer. Thanks again Steve!
