I have been a customer for years now but over the last 30 days they have missed my trash three times! I have spoken with the woman who answers the customer service line but she is limited on what she can do. I have left a message with the manager but my call was never returned. Im not sure what is going on there but such a simple task shouldn't be so complicated. Since I pay them for their service I believe that I am due a refund! Can’t be too hard up on workers. Your sign for help wanted has been up for months, but you can’t even call someone back for a interview or let them know the position has been filled after they apply. I guess this is what 2022 has come to.

We signed up to have garbage pick up 2 weeks ago and still no pick up. We have called 4 different times. They are nice on phone but do not follow through…...very un-de-dependable. Their other good reviews must be fake!!

I wanted to thank Brian and Team All Waste for taking the time to not only return my calls, but to set a time to meet at my business to address some concerns. Small communities and businesses are all in this together and it is refreshing to see a company of All Wastes size to recognize how to be good communicators and good neighbors.
