This laundromat needs to be cleaned.The floors are littered with trash every time I go there, And I think the washer machines need to be wiped out. Also in the bathroom, there is no paper towels.Hardly no toilet paper and the bathroom is completely trashed. I have decided to go elsewhere until the situation here improves if at all. Also, people leave their laundry in the in the washers.And in dryers , for an indeterminate monot time , and then the lost and found is completely full. I was trying to dry my clothes but the washer didn’t work after about 2 minutes the machine stopped. I went to use another dryer. I text messaged the business’ phone and they told me to come back M-F business hours. I can’t make it because I work those hours. Then when I did come during business hours, they told me to schedule in advance. I messaged right back stating “when will be a best time for you” no response. No refund given.
Second time to this laundry room. Lost money in one of the dryers, all 3 dryers I was able to use clothes were still wet after 2 cycles. Needless to say no refund on money loss make up for this experience. Forget giving me a refund on what machine ate. Because I am not going to your business Ever Again. I recommend other not go there either as owner hasn't reached out on Voice mail I left asking for refund on money I lost in the machine 24. I've been using this laundromat for 15 years, and its aleays been a convenient option for doing my beedding, but things have apparently changed with new owners. I had my 2 daughters go there the other day and one of the large qwashing machines was broke and wouldn't start becauee a screw to the door had fallen out and it wouldn't close properly. She contacted the owner by text and he said he'd give her a refund, but then I just woke up and she texted me last night and was uoset because her credit card still shows no refund! ... read more
