I've been a customer for quite a few years. I experienced some minor "inconveniences" but nothing too crazy. Generally, I've been happy with the service and Carlos gives excellent customer service.

I’ve been dropping off my laundry to them for almost 1 year now. Here and there they have been misplacing my items, but thankfully have been able to locate them (with much self advocacy on my end). Well, unfortunately this time they lost my embroidered fleeced Columbia sweater ($70) and the manager has been dodging my calls since. As if he is hoping this will “all go away”. I no longer recommend this place, unless you desire to count your items every time you drop off and pick up your laundry.

Terrible customer service. I have been a customer for 10 years. I asked my coat dried cleaning. I realized that it has still stain. I asked them to do again, but he said that it is not free. What does it mean? Is this my fault? I was so disappointed by him and regret that I was their customer. I never go again.
