Very happy – just moved here. Asked around. Heard stories about other laundromats so decided to try. I have no problems. Have been using them all time now.
Run Away! – When (not if, but when) they lose any of your stuff they will refuse to do anything about it, and you will be on the hook to replace your items. They lost an ENTIRE LOAD of my laundry. (They had lost a few minor things prior to this, and I had received other people's things a few times but because of convenience and price I gave them another chance. No more.) Awful experience - DO NOT give your clothes to these people – I dropped my laundry off Tuesday before Thanksgiving...went to pick it up that evening & was told that the bag had been given to the wrong person, a man who is a regular customer. My reaction "how could you give it to the wrong person, don't you check the ticket??" was met with the response that he didn't have a ticket and the girl who gave him my bag was new. Not only is the woman at this location rude, but she's ruined a bunch of my things! She's burned a polar fleece jacket and pants; ruined a knit ski hat, ripped the zipper on the duffle bag I brought the clothes in. I had continued to come b/c they are the only place in the area that's open on Sundays. But today, she melted the AERO bed bag that I had to bring my clothes in, since I couldn't use the duffle anymore and I'm outraged. I've sworn I am NEVER going back. You shouldn't either!
