He said he'd arrive between 12 and 2, he arrived at 12 on the dot. Was told it would take about 45 minutes. He was done in exactly 45 minutes. So very thankful for a smooth service and transaction. Omg the nicest guy!!!! $8 for a small piece of glass that someone wanted to charge me $145. Love this guy’s honesty.
My SUV was broken into and my purse stolen. Both of my passenger side windows were damaged. I called five other window providers for assistance and was told if I didn't have id or money at the time of service, my SUV would not be seen. I called Mr. Ward at All Veteran’s Glass (expecting to be turned away) he said, “I will work with you”. There are still good people in this world and Tom Ward is one of them. I high recommend All Veteran's Glass to all! Great customer service and quality workmanship.
This business has replaced the windshield in my Dodge Truck and SUV. The dealership refused to help me with a leaking sunroof but this business went above in customer service. Military friendly with discounts. I highly recommend for Auto, Home and any other glass needs.
