I'm thinking the people that wrote reviews on Troy thought they were writing about a different company because when I read them before I contacted Troy I was concerned. A friend of mine said he was the best and he uses him for everything he does around kootenai county. So trusting my friend I contacted All Venture Drafting. Without going through all of the specifics, in short, my experience with All Venture Drafting was the same as the other recent one star ratings.
I will echo one of the latest reviews, if you want next to zero communication and time lines that will not even remotely be met, then Troy is the guy for you.
In short, if you want timely, professional or thorough work this is not your place. For a simple redraw of interior walls, we asked him to use the same size windows and extend the porch/roof... 1) he gave us "ill get to it in 2 weeks" which then took over 2 months to sit down and clarify and then another 3months to get to the county and it was submitted incomplete so there was another delay. 2) the fact he did not use the same size windows is now costing us to buy 4 large windows 3) when we ask for him to make it right, he f... read more
