Not only was I impressed with the overall detail, but my builder was too. The detail reduces the likelihood if errors or misunderstandings of what the finished product will be. Although this was an addition, Troy came out and as-built the existing structure to better describe the work to be done. Troy factored in our comments quickly and we got our building permit without any issues.
