Was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had…was rude as could be then to top it off couldn’t even match the towball tongue I took in with me…
Stopped in here to ask for a small size towball. They didn't have any rang around till they found a place in sunshine. I had been to at least 6 places before them and had no luck. They sent me to sunshine trailers where they had what I was looking for. Thank you for the awesome customer service even though I didn't purchase from you.

These guys are pathetic, only days after having a basic towbar installed on a basic falcon, I've had to have my bumper reinstalled, clips broken, nuts missing. Unprofessional.
