Takes an order over the phone and does not mention a “no return” policy AT ALL. Then, when I mention we got multiple and this matches a motor we did install and doesn’t spin the correct way, we needed the correct part and still this incorrect part can’t be returned, clearly still spotless and untouched but I’m being told “we can’t tell if it’s been installed” bs. On SATURDAY 6/6/26 from L.A to Soledad Thousand trails this repair place was rated a 4.5 star and close to where we are storing our trailer. Took our trailer to be checked for an issue we were having with and to have general inspection make sure everything working properly and to check our generato, fridge since its picky in high altitude. I have nothing but positive to say about my experience with All Valley RV. After a miserable experience and reversing a purchase at a big name dealer in Colton we went to All Valley shopping for equivalent show pricing on a 2026 Alliance Paradigm 310RL. Not only did they get me the same pricing, but they were willing to order me a new unit from factory as I did not want the one on the lot. Great service had exactly what was I looking for ( Ernie Baltier) explained everything to me and was very patient with every question and got just as excited as I did when when I was qualified for a fifth wheel.
Purchased my first trailer with All Valley RV and had a great experience. Earnie Baltier was the one to make it even smoother. He answered all my questions and explained everything as I am new to the trailer game.. He’s very professional, communicative and helpful. He did not push me or my wife to choose another trailer.
