Absolutely great experience. I called management after mistakenly leaving my key at home an hour away. The owner was there in 10 minutes with power tools and got the lock off. He was super nice and saved the day free of charge, and even got me an extra lock that he happened to have on hand. I definitely wouldn't have expected this level of service from a self storage facility, the experience blew me away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs. 10/10, no notes.

0 stars. They owe me about 900$. Reserved a unit with them. Rented a U-Haul, loaded the truck, drove 4 hours and they did not have any staff at the unit. I had the reservation confirmation and had followed the instructions. Called and left them several voicemails. They have never returned a call (this was 2 weeks ago). Drove back 4 hours to empty U-Haul onto my front lawn, got storage unit in city where I wasn’t going to be living. Gas for U-Haul: 300$ U-Haul: 550$ Storage unit: 90$ Price to now move all of my belongings fro... read more
