I don't feel that this firm deserves more stars because they showed up and billed me but didn't accomplish anything; no repair was made. When I called about the fact that the 'repair' was unsuccessful, a return visit resulted in a parts quote so fantastically inflated that I felt it to be more an attempted rip-off than an extremely inflated profit margin. Old people like me get sick of being scammed. Ask for a genuine journeyman and ask for their credentials. I don't recommend this firm.
We had our air conditioner break down in very hot weather. We called Joe and he came very quickly. He diagnosed, and fixed our system and had our AC up and running in no time. He was quick, efficient, courteous, friendly and just an all around great guy. To top it all off he was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Joe and would use him again if the need should arise.
I know this pandemic has been has been hard on Penny ... but All Valley Heating and Air conditioning goes above and beyond ... they are fricken awesome !!!
My Grandparents heat went off this winter and Joe showed up within the hour of their call and got it going again. They were so impressed.
