Well I don't know where to start. First of all I was barely able to get communication with the mechanic Dan who was supposed to be working on my truck. Then when I had questions about my vehicle had to go through the secretary for everything that I wanted to ask the mechanic which does a customer no good at all. Pissed me off from the start. Then had them do a few front end parts to tighten up the wobble but after doing the work it still had a terrible death wobble. I needed a bolt for the tie rod (I think that's what it's called). I had the jeep towed to their facility on a Sunday. On Monday I spoke to a young lady that while the jeep was in the shop to give it a once over. Meaning check all hoses, belts, brakes, etc. I saw her write it down on the work order. A couple of days later I called for the status & not done. Then I drove to the shop and spoke to the owner, I think, and saw my keys on the counter asked if it was done. Almost tried to hug these guys. Leaving 11 Mile SP noticed my hitch was messed up. The cushion pin had popped out and was wedged between the upper & lower mounting bolts….and bent, along with the set screw on the bottom. It included stabilizing bars for the trailer we were pulling. Was going thru Buena Vista onto Taylor Reservoir (we’re from AZ) so called ahead and pulled in. They undersold and over delivered. My options didn’t look good. Less than an hour later they handed back the fixed hitch. Big kudos to these folks!
