The tech came at the end of the 4 hour window and would not assess or fix our dryer. They were sourced by our home warranty company and the tech was rude and nasty. You can tell it was the end of his shift and ready to go. Do not use this company- completely unprofessional and waste of time.
Well, I would not recommend this company at all. First they come out to fix a washing machine and the service man. Eric has to call another service person to come out and they spend some time with it. They tell me it’s broken well I already knew it was broken, and then they say that they needed a part, but they cannot order the part because nobody had it. Great experience as always. I've used them for multiple appliances in my home (freeze, range hood, and dryer). They've always been reasonable, friendly, and Jesse always gets things done in a timely manner. I highly recommend.
I bought a starter kit for a fridge compressor for a whopping $75. It turned out the compressor was faulty. So, i tried to return the starter kit (obviously not used at all) for any sort of credit. Well, the secretary ( ?) returned my call and said the manager would call me. He never did and despite several efforts to communicate with him i was unsuccesful. I guess he never intended call me. I should have just gone to Home Depot
I needed technical assistance with a second opinion and received it without hesitation or judgement. Much appreciated
