The owner was rude and dismissive when I raised concerns. He acted like he was doing me a favor. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business.
The owner was rude and dismissive when I raised concerns. He acted like he was doing me a favor. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business.
The workers showed up late every day and left early. They took twice as long as promised, and the quality was sloppy. Crooked tiles, uneven paint totally unacceptable.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They left trash all over the property, and the job was never finished. I had to hire another contractor to fix their mess.
Completely unprofessional. They started our kitchen remodel three weeks late and then disappeared for days at a time without notice. Poor communication and even worse workmanship.
