Then said that we weren't home and blamed it on us when we told our company that we have ring and cameras and nobody was on there at the time they stated and we were home, then whoever was in charge called them and told them for whatever reason that when I was finally talking to the service guy to set another appointment up we talked about our generator being out, so without even looking he told our warranty company some excuse and now our warranty company has decided not to cover it,... read more
