I've been looking for a good mechanic in the area and took a chance on All Types Automotive and I'm glad I did. I appreciate the upfront communication and the price is really reasonable. Rob is extremely professional and explains things with care. Also a BIG bonus - Doesn't treat me any differently as a woman. Had to get my car towed 2 times to ATA due to a transmission issue...which Unfortunately was a ride off :( Rob was very helpful assisting me with getting my car towed the second time to the ATA workshop and guiding me through fixing the issue..Massive help as first time car owner who myself knows nothing about cars. Robert is a very good man — honest, hardworking, and pretty reliable. Always keeps his word and easy to deal with.
I first used All Types over 10 years ago when another shop gave me misleading information around repairs needed for a road worthy. Since then Rob and the team have helped me with at least 5 RWC’s and major servicing. Not once have I had an issue, and have also referred others who have all been super happy with the work and service provided.
All Types Automotive is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any workshop. They crashed a customer’s vehicle while it was in their care and took no responsibility for the damage. On top of that, the staff — especially the guy at reception — were extremely rude, disrespectful, and showed no basic customer service.
