Quick service and no selling up I took my car here for an oil change and they were very quick - in and out within about 20 minutes. They made some recommendations (change the air filter, etc) and showed me the existing part from my car and explained the benefits of that service. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need (34,000 mile checkup) but reminded me of the maker's suggested checkups coming up! PROS: Competitive pricing, good service! CONS:
OK service, and they don't rip you off These guys are good for a quick oil change. If you ask them about unusual car noises, they don't immediately recommend 500 dollars worth of repairs. They charge reasonable prices for small jobs, and can refer you to a reputable shop if they can't handle it. Trying to get in can be a hassle.
RecommendedThey were able to get me back on the road within 24 hours. Very friendly, professional, and genuinely caring about their customers. The pricing was very reasonable. Jeff, thank you for being there in my time of need (and letting me cry a little bit). 10/10 would recommend these guys!
I usually have the oil change for my cars either here or at other location in Eden road. While other shop, Eden location, charges me $5 for the canister filter, this shop won’t charge. So today I came and asked about this. Don’t know what wrong with Mr. Ken. He sweared at me, a lot of f... words. He said because his lady forgot to charge me for the canister filter so next time he will. Because of his attitude, I won’t have my car to be served at his shop anymore.
I have a coupon for free brake inspection. It says nothing about "only if we do the work". When I presented the coupon, I was told it would be $30 for the inspection unless they did the work even though I have a coupon stating free with no stipulations. Major false advertising! I am so tired of these companies baiting you with a price or product and then switching it when you get there. Highly illegal!
