I had been to this shop a few times before and always had a great experience. The guy even gave me a cheaper price than originally quoted one time because he accidentally told me a lower price when it was time for me to pay. Then this happened. Long story short, my wife's car was in another shop because of an accident, and she needed brakes anyway, and since it was already there, I had them give me a quote.
