NO STARS!!! We took our Dodge Durango there in February of 2011 and was told we needed a new Engine and that it was so bad, we couldn't drive it off the lot. We bought the engine and $4400 later, picked up the car at the end of March. Since then we have had nothing but problems with it, from hoses that leaked because they forgot to re-attach them, to our AC not working because they drained it and forgot to recharge it and put freon back into the car. we recently took it back to get the AC redone and that was a fight for them... read more
July 2007 took my car in because my a/c was dripping water in the driver's side passenger area. Really needed my a/c to work because I had a newborn. Paid the diagnositic fee to have them tell me no leaks only needed coolant. Great. Worked for about a week started dripping water again. Called back and the then manager said "we need to diagnose it again." I said for free? He said no. What???!!!!! Was in Auburn (not my hometown) and noticed a sign saying new management.
