One of the guy in the Parts Department, have no Customer Service experience at all. He was angry when he answer the phone. I greeted him by saying good morning before i told him the make and model of the vehicle i needed parts on all he kept saying what parts what parts. i told him he don't have to yale at me an i just hung up. Very disrespectful of him.
I call in today for parts for my Truck, The guy answer the phone very rule i told him good morning, He said can i help you i said that i need parts for the description of my truck and year he yell and said what kind of parts didn't give me no time to speak. So i told him he didn't have to yell and i hung up. i will never call there again.
