We took our 2018 Traverse there to get a trailer hitch put on. We schedule the appointment and they got right to work when my husband arrived with the vehicle. After awhile they came out to tell my husband that the part that was ordered to put the hitch on was damaged. It was welded wrong and they couldn’t use it.
