Absolute ripoffs! I sent my mother in law there to have a simple gearshift seal replaced on her manual transmission Hiace. Which cost her just under $60 fitted (fair enough).She was told at the same time they would service her manual transmission. All up cost with seal replacement $350🤔. This would mean almost $290 to drain and fill less than 3 litres of gear oil which if you were really slow might take you 20 minutes to accomplish. The guy that runs this place is an absolute legend. When I took my car in they really helped me understand what I was/needed to pay for and why (in girl terms), which is very hard to find as a girl dealing with your car sometimes! Have heaps of trust in these guys and everyone has been so lovely to deal with!
Just like most other reviews I wish that I had've read the reviews before taking my car here. From the day I took my car here there was absolutely no communication. My car was booked in and dropped off at 7am to get diagnosed. We called 2 times throughout the day to find out if the car had been checked in which a lady told us they would call us back. "I am extremely disappointed with the service at this mechanic. I booked an appointment two weeks ago, yet when I arrived, they claimed there was no record of it. This shows a clear lack of organization and reliability. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge me extra money despite having already agreed on a fixed price.
