Look there is a bunch of karens or daves out in this world that cant be pleased but my experience with this company is 100%. Rang them on a monday to order a 2nd hand transmition for my ldv g10 (never ever i mean ever but a ldv). Tuesday after a over the phone agreement they had one shipped out from melbourne for me. Once it arrived (outside of therr controll 2 weeks). I dropped it off at 1pm next day it was done and ready to be picked up. Very poor service. Left my car for 4 days and was told to come pick it up 3 minutes before closing time as Ben “didn’t want to waste any more time on it” . I was given no explanation or further recommendations. The receptionist was unprofessional and seemed to have zero desire to be there. Would not recommend. I left with zero answers and my time was wasted.
Rebuild nearly 2 years ago, transmission detonated. Ben sorted the issue and fixed the box. Awesome experience, friendly staff and owner, customer service is absolutely amazing. Thank you Ben!!!!!
Absolute ripoffs! I sent my mother in law there to have a simple gearshift seal replaced on her manual transmission Hiace. Which cost her just under $60 fitted (fair enough).She was told at the same time they would service her manual transmission. All up cost with seal replacement $350🤔. This would mean almost $290 to drain and fill less than 3 litres of gear oil which if you were really slow might take you 20 minutes to accomplish.
