Always get a second opinion. I took my Tundra in with a transmission error code. I was told as it was only a code but no symptoms ( no missed. shift, hard shift, early or late shift) that is was probably a faulty sensor. Apparently this sensor was so deep that the transmission would have need removal and a major teardown to get to costing thousands. Was advised to cancel the code and drive it.
