I have been working with, collaborating with and referring Shane and All Trade Engineering & Design to our clients for over three years now and they always preform at a hight level. They have organized plans and details and always have done a great job for me. Shane is easy to communicate with and easy to get in touch with and willing to value engineer items when nessisary. I will be working with Shane and All Trade Engineering & Design for the foreseeable future and I highly recommend Shane and his team.
Shane and the team provided plans for a remodel that included structural improvements to allow the installation of new windows, modifications to structural walls as part of an extensive bathroom remodel, and structural around plumbing and sewer re-routing. Extremely professional, courteous, and competitive prices. Building plans approved quickly at the city with no issues. Highly recommended.
The plans and details I received for a simple patio cover were taken from other generic details of framing. Some had nothing to do with my patio cover.. Yes it would work if you wanted to see a zillion framing straps all over exposed lumber. I’m sure All Trade Engineering did it to save time. After I paid them off I received no call back as to why they called out all these erroneous non custom details. I ended up going with the Cities hand out sheet for Patio covers. Much cleaner in design..
