I had an antique silk rug that I was very careful about. I didn’t want just anyone to clean it. After speaking with them, I felt more confident because they explained their Antique rug cleaning process in detail. They picked it up from my home and treated it with care. When it came back, it looked clean but still had its original antique feel. The silk was smooth, and nothing was damaged. I really appreciated how careful they were.
Chris provided us with a ton of excellent advice on how to keep our carpets looking better.
This was an amazing job especially considering the amount of money involved. The technician was friendly and prompt. Cleaning is not the same thing as stain removal. They are two totally different things. He steam-vacuummed my couch and was very careful with my carpets.
Chris offered many great tips on how to maintain our carpets in better condition.
Nick, the technician, did an excellent job. We were impressed by his professionalism and friendliness. I cannot however remember when I have had worse customer service from a dispatcher/appointment setter.
