Our truck broke down east of Willcox, Good Sam ERS arranged for the tow truck, which arrived promptly, and towed us to Dick's Auto Service. They immediately diagnosed the problem, located the part in Tucson, arranged for delivery of the part, and got us back on the road in a matter of hours. Labor rates were very reasonable, all personnel were extremely courteous, they even dropped their current project to fit us in and get us back on the road.
