After 2 years of drilling things in my house and not finishing the job. Mike shows up to get paid for his job. Washer and drier installation nightmare. This guy is a clown people. He should not be working in anyone’s home. I would not use his services again.

$9000 for a new system. Ok, it is what it is, got the new furnace and AC system installed that he (Mike) suggested. Seemed All good. Few days later went to use the AC, Was blowing warm air, called Him to come back.... Oops he FORGOT to plug something in which he left sitting on the condenser outside. Ok so all good, until after using AC for few days we started hearing loud BANGS in the vents when the air would shut off!! My boiler was not firing up so I called them to come take a look. When they left, not only it wasn't fixed, but they forgot to connect 24VAC to the thermostats. They charged me a lot of money, and told me that they would call me once they order the part that broke. They never called back. I got suspicious after they left, so I looked into it myself. In the process of fixing their mistakes I even found out what was actually wrong with it (nothing to do with the part they wanted to replace) and I fix it!
