All Time Medical is CLOSED on Saturdays and Sundays. The described event happened on a holiday weekend of THREE days: SatSunMon. On a Saturday, wife decided she wanted a wheelchair for knee replacement and ordered it. Husband checked with doctor who said don't do it; knee NEEDS to be walked on. On Sunday, within 24 hours of order, Husband canceled and a CONFIRMING EMAIL arrived wit the message, "we are closed. We will contact you on Monday." THEN, the next week, the wheelchair arrived.
