Andy did our floor on time and in budget. The floor looks great and he was able to remove all the squeaks, which is no small thing considering our house is almost 100 years old. He was even able to take care of a small add-on carpet project on the basement stairs we threw at him last minute. AND EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT! I highly recommend.
We can’t thank Andy Deer with Ultimate Flooring enough! While we were out of town, our home flooded. Andy stepped in right away—moved all of our furniture, removed the damaged flooring, cleaned and dried everything, and reinstalled it all to perfection. His work was top-notch, and his responsiveness and care made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!
DO NOT have Andy Deer do your work. He did a HORRIBLE JOB laying our bedroom carpeting. Buckles at the corners and a gap line across the entire room where he spliced it. (I have pics if anyone wants to see his work). He came back with his carpet layer, looked at it, and said he would be back to fix it. We waited 10 MONTHS and I contacted him to see when we could wrap it up. He said it’s yours to DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH IT - “I wrote it off!” He lied to us for 10 MONTHS and now we have to start over.
