I engaged this company to re-grout and re-seal two standard sized bathrooms in my property last month. The job was done satisfactorily. However, I was very surprised to receive an email (without a proper tax invoice initially) requesting payment on an amount that was double the cost that we agreed by phone. The owner of this company cannot be trusted giving verbal quotation.
