Awful for truckers. You need to go around the back but the only way leading to behind the building is so jam packed with trailers it's barely enough room to fit. Once you get past all that it is easy to back into a dock and then leave.

HF, All Tile Inc denied our warranty claim on engineered hardwood floor that is 4 yrs old and part of new construction. They provided zero evidence to their claim of improper cleaning and maintenance. We used the Norwex method. The flooring is failing. Finish is flaking off and coming apart. I’d give zero stars if I could.
