First time in the shop. After reading any reviews I could find about the shop, I brought some jewelry pieces in to get information/value about them and possibly sell a few. I found the owner, Tim, a very knowledgeable, straightforward and honest person. We spent over an hour going through my pieces. Very patient. He gave me any history of the item if he knew it, explained what he was doing to value the piece, was upfront about it being an "informal" evaluation (which is what I wanted) all for a very reasonable price.
